Over 5,000 fans snapped up tickets to see Evanescence bring down the house at Alltell Arena Tuesday. The performance was the first time Evanescence performed in the U.S since Lead Guitarist Ben Moody left the group in October. The group performed an acoustic set for some lucky fans who won tickets through a radio contest. Evanescence won Best New Group at the 2003 Billboard Artist Awards. They were also nominated for five Grammy awards.
