` A coalition of merchants in downtown Little Rock wants to make sure everyone knows about all the parking available downtown. The Downtown Partnership today launched the Parking Education Program. The centerpiece of the program is the production and distribution of downtown parking guides. The Downtown Partnership joined with the city to produce 25-hundred guides to be distributed to downtown merchants and the general public. Posted by Mike Hellgren
