Clark On Saddam

Presidential candidate Wesley Clark says "the world is a safer and better place" now that U-S forces have captured former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein. Clark, a former general and NATO commander, is basing his campaign in Little Rock. Today, Clark is in the Netherlands preparing to testify in the war crimes trial of former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic.
