Prepare for Winter, Weather or Not It Snows

Meteorologists have predicted only a chance of snow in central Arkansas this weekend. Your list of preparations may include a couple of working flashlights for your house and car, a battery powered radio, a week`s worth of non-perishable food in the cabinet or freezer, and a blanket or two in your car. The Little Rock Public Works Department says they`ve been ready for weeks. Snow plans, trucks, salt and sand are all in place.
