The charges were filed yesterday against 42-year-old officer Marvin Barclay Bowden. He turned himself in to Pulaski County sheriff`s officials and was released on 25-hundred dollars bond. Authorities said Bowden had been provoked November 21st when a cup of water was tossed on his pickup from a car containing four teenagers. All were students at Little Rock Catholic High School.
