Updated: January 7, 2009
Wesley Clark is to return to Little Rock from an East Coast trip in time to see 40 Arkansas volunteers off to New Hampshire tonight. After a private reception, Clark is scheduled to send a busload of supporters to the Little Rock National Airport. They are expected to arrive in Manchester, New Hampshire, early tomorrow morning. Some of the volunteers served in 1992 as "Arkansas Travelers," an effective group of Arkansans who canvassed in New Hampshire for Bill Clinton`s first presidential campaign. The Clark campaign is calling their version the "Clark Convoy" and is preparing to send another group to South Carolina next week. Posted by Mike Hellgren
