Arkansas` First Lady Raises Money Giving Tours Of Governor`s Mansion

Arkansans who want to take a look at the new Grand Hall at the Governor`s Mansion can pay for a tour from first lady Janet Huckabee at the beginning of December. She is offering the tours, along with a tea and a buffet of sweets prepared by the mansion`s chef, for 25 dollars. She will greet visitors the afternoons of December second through fourth. The events are called "Christmas Tea at the Mansion" and include a tour of the building`s public rooms. Proceeds are to go to the Governor`s Mansion expansion project. Posted by Mike Hellgren
