Little Rock police say after a man fired shots inside the Kwik Pantry on Interstate 30, the clerks fired back. The alleged robber was shot three times, but kept running. A short time after the robbery, police found a body in the passenger seat of a car. That body was identified as 18 year old Bobby Penn. Police believe he was the robber. Penn`s family tells KARK 4 News that they are being given limited information. The actions of the clerks are now under investigation. However it is legal in Arkansas for a business owner to protect himself or herself.
