Wal-Mart Awards Scholasrships

The Wal-Mart Foundation has awarded 19
scholarships to American Indians at five colleges.
The scholarships were made through a ten-thousand dollar
contribution to the American Indian College Fund by Wal-Mart stores
and Sam`s Clubs.
The five schools are in Minnesota, North Dakota, Nebraska, New
Mexico.
The giant retailer made the contribution in recognition of
American Indian Heritage Month this month.
