Two Little Rock men, who police say, burglarized a house and then led them on a high-speed chase, were charged late Tuesday. Sylvester Andrew Hatley and Kenton Matthews were both charged with one count of residential burglary and one count of theft of property. Police say Hatley has an arrest record dating back to 1989. He was arrested earlier this month in connection with a stolen vehicle. He is being held without bond. Police also arrested Carla London, who they identified as Hatley`s girlfriend. She wasn`t charged in Tuesday`s burglary, but faces bad check charges in Sherwood. Police said the two men burglarized a house North of Sherwood and fled the scene in a stolen vehicle, tossing out stolen property along the way. The men dumped the vehicle near Interstate 630 and fled the scene, hiding out in an office building near University Avenue, police say. Both men were later arrested at the scene. London, who works, in the building was also taken into custody.
