Authorities say a manager accused of stealing more than 49-thousand dollars from the Ryan`s Family Steakhouse in Rogers has admitted to taking the money. Patricia Anne Kirtley of Rogers was arrested last week on felony theft charges. Authorities said she was called to the Rogers Police Department, informed of her rights, and then admitted taking the money. Kirtley told police she does NOT know where the money went. She told police she recently bought a car, but the money came from her gambling winnings at the Cherokee Casino. An arrest affidavit said she had been interviewed by Rick Woodall, Ryan`s security manager, about the missing money. Woodall then told Rogers police of the theft.
