A North Little Rock man has been arrested on fraud charges after trying to claim some stolen lottery tickets.

Darius Prosper, 18, was taken into custody at the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery headquarters in downtown Little Rock on Tuesday afternoon.

Police say Prosper came into the lottery office shortly after four o'clock with two winning tickets.

When he was told they were reported stolen, officers say Prosper then said he bought them from a friend.

At that point, Prosper was searched and police say two more stolen tickets were found in his back pocket.
