A Little Rock man is being sought in the beating and scalding of his 2-year-old daughter. The father, who was not identified by police, allegedly used a snakeskin belt to beat his daughter after she made a mess in the bathroom, and poured boiling water on her. Little Rock Police Detective Steve Moore says after the beating the father told a neighbor that his daughter was hurt and left the area. The child was treated at Arkansas Children`s Hospital for first-degree burns and injuries from the belt. She was in stable condition Monday night.
