Former President Clinton is in Little Rock to make a public appearance at a school and to tie up some loose ends with his library. Clinton will hold several hours of meetings with members of the foundation overseeing construction of his presidential library near downtown Little Rock. Clinton was at Dunbar Middle School to launch a new program under his presidential foundation that will help students prepare for college entrance exams. The effort will provide free tutoring for the Scholastic Aptitude Test and other College Board exams.
