A beekeeper is going to prison for 30 years under a plea agreement in which he is admitting guilt in the slaying of a garage owner. Clarence Steinhauser pleaded guilty earlier this week in the November 2002 death of 43-year-old Phillip Philyaw. The judge who accepted the plea required the 52-year-old to describe his crime. In a written statement, Steihauser says he does NOT know why he shot Philyaw. Steinhauser wrote that on the day in question, several upsetting events occurred and he could NOT control his anger so he drove to Philyaw`s garage and shot him without a word being exchanged.
