Lofty apartment prices don`t mean lofty apartment living is out of the question.
More people are choosing to live in loft apartments.
"What we`re finding is our 20-somethings in particular really like the urban environment," said Sharon Priest of the Downtown Partnership.
Some loft residents are making the move because they`re usually located downtown, near plenty of conveniences, like shopping and the arts.
"The accessibility of being able to walk out of my apartment and go to a restaurant, or anything. I like it downtown, it`s convenient to everything," said Scott Jones, who lives in Block 2 Lofts.
The loft apartments in Little Rock provide some of the big city lifestyle, on Little Rock prices.
"The same thing in New York City would be outrageous," Jones said.
