Deejay Bets Big, Loses Big on Hogs

One Razorback fan really knows the ups and downs of paying off a losing bet. Little Rock radio deejay Bud Ford of Country 102.9 is sitting in every seat in War Memorial Stadium -- more than 53,000 seats! He and a fellow deejay bet against Texas fans that the Razorbacks would win by 14 points. Even though the Hogs were victorious -- they didn`t cover the spread. Ford hopes to raise $1 for every seat in which he sits. He`ll donate the money to Arkansas Children`s Hospital and the War Memorial Stadium fund. Story filed by: Lyndall Stout
