ACIC Board Stands By Its Man

Updated: January 7, 2009
The supervisory board of the Arkasnas Crime Information Center voted they will continue to support Director Charles Pruitt. This comes after News Four Arkansas obtained copies of offensive e-mails that were sent between ACIC department heads- including Pruitt. Pruitt admitted sending the pictures and said he regrets any embarassment this may have caused the agency. The supervisory board voted to stand behind Pruitt and to appoint an outside investigator to look into the matter more closely.
