River Trail Project Closer to Completion

Arkansas`s River Trail project is closer to completion, but it will take about four years before Arkansans can hit the ground running. City officials made the announcement Wednesday at City Hall. Four miles of the trail have already been completed. The Army Corp of Engineers will build a bridge linking the trail to one in North Little Rock, officials said. This phase of the project will cost about $11 million.
