Two University of Central Arkansas students were among four people arraigned on felony drug charges stemming from the discovery of a methamphetamine lab in a university-owned apartment building. Sixteen-year-old Lisa Goldsmith and Seventeen-year-old Rebecca Harbour were arrested on drug charges. Both are charged as adults and are free on bond. Two North Little Rock men were also charged. University police arrested the four Saturday at the Mansard Apartments, adjacent to campus. Police say the suspects were making the illegal stimulant for personal use. The students face a campus disciplinary hearing and could be expelled.
