Off the Leash: Little Rock Lets The Dogs Loose

Little Rock`s Board of Directors approved the creation of the city`s first dog park in Murray Park. The pooches will be able to run without their leashes. Up until now, it`s been illegal to let your dog run without a leash in all public areas citywide. Several neighboring cities already have dog parks.
