The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery has announced the winning numbers for its successful Arkansas Million Dollar Raffle, which sold out its 500,000 tickets last night.
The two $1 Million tickets were sold in Hot Springs and Batesville.
Players who bought the tickets, worth $3 Million in prizes, can click here to check their numbers and see the full results on the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery website.
Players who do not have access to a computer can scan their tickets at any Arkansas lottery retailer.
“This is an exciting day for Arkansas players,” said Arkansas Lottery Commission Chairman Dianne Lamberth of Batesville. “But it is just as exciting for the students of Arkansas, who will receive more than $1 Million in additional scholarships because of the Raffle’s success.”
Ticket sales for the Raffle game started last year and the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery (ASL) announced in early 2011 that sales would end April 6th. Daily sales volume increased dramatically after the end-of-game announcement and peaked this week when over $900,000 in tickets were sold during the last three days.
The mission of the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery is to fund scholarships for Arkansans attending two- and four-year colleges and universities in the state. The success of the Raffle will contribute to ASL accomplishing its mission.
Winning Raffle ticket numbers drawn Thursday morning included: two (2) $1million prizes; 540 $1000 prizes; and 600 $100 prizes. The drawing was conducted by ASL Security and certified by the Arkansas Division of Audit.
The $100 prizes can be claimed at any retailer. The two $1 Million prizes and the $1,000 prizes can be claimed at one of the four ASL Claim Centers:
