Bacon & Cabbage :

2 heads cabbage quartered and cored.
2 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tsp granulated garlic
11/2 pounds of irish bacon or smoked pit ham
Boil ingredients until cabbage is tender.
Serve with a parsley sauce.
