Foreclosure filings are at a three-year low.

The latest RealtyTrac report shows filings fell 14-percent from January to February as mortgage servicers continued to be hit with allegations of improper processing.

Last month's foreclosure filings dipped 27-percent from a year earlier.

That's the largest year-to-year fall since RealtyTrac started publishing its foreclosure market report six years ago.

Nevada had the highest foreclosure rate for the 50th straight month.
