National Unemployment Rate Falls to 8.9%

It's the lowest reading since April of 2009.
A new Labor Department report says the rate in February fell by just a tenth of one percent from January.
It also found that 192-thousand jobs were created last month.
The construction and manufacturing sectors added more than 30-thousand jobs each.
More than 45-thousand jobs were added in professional and business services.
More than 13-and-a-half-million people are still unemployed.
