Remoulade Recipe

2 tblsp ketchup
1 tblsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt
1 clove of garlic minced
4 tblsp horseraddish
2tblsp creole mustard
1 tblsp dijon style mustard
1 c veg oil
3/4 c minced green onion
3/4 c minced celery
Blend the vinegar, ketchup, paprika, cayenne, salt, garlic, horseradish and mustards in a blender. Continue to blend adding the oil slowly add and mix in onion and celery. Chill the sauce over night.
