Little Rock Marathon Training Meeting January 6

It's now two months and counting until the 2011 Little Rock Marathon coming up in March.
That means it's crunch time for people who are training for the big race or its companion races.
Since last summer, Little Rock Parks and Recreation has been hosting informational meetings to discuss its free running/walking training programs associated with the marathon.
The next meeting is tonight at the Crowne Plaza on Shackleford Road.
The meeting starts at six o'clock and will focus on mental preparation and injury prevention.
