Arkansas Fishing Report with Big Sarge (November 22 - 26)

Hot Spot: Lake Conway
Crappie getting bigger. Fish 7-9 ft. Use 1/32 oz. white/chartreuse and minnows. Caney Creek is really hot right now.
Lake Dardanelle
Fish 7-10 ft. Use minnows or chartreuse/red jigs and silver glitter has been working as well. Try Spadra area around wood.
Lake Atkins
Biting good. Fish around cypress trees. Use minnows.
Lake Maumelle
Still biting good. Fish 15-20 ft. Try 1/32 oz. red/white jigs and pink minnows. Try areas: Northshore and Big Island.
TROUT FISHING
Hot Spot: Little Red River
Great time for fly fishing. Browns really good. Fish deep side of shoals. Egg pattern working well. For more information, call Billy at Lindsey's Resort, 1-800-305-8790.
BASS FISHING
Hot Spot: Greers Ferry
Feeding heavy on bait. Still good. Use crankbaits, spinnerbaits, swimbaits. Try Hill Creek, Salt Creek and Peter creek.
Lake Chicot
Still good. Use crankbaits. Try fishing end and around the docks.
WALLEYE FISHING
Hot Spot: Greers Ferry still good
Fish secondary points and ledges. Use spoons and/or live bait rigs.
CATFISH FISHING
Lake Maumelle. Too many fish in the lake. Game & Fish has approved the use of trot lines and people are catching 75 to 100 pounds on each trip.
BREAM FISHING
Lake Conway is good. Fish shallow.
NOTE: Lake Hamilton is doing a draw down. Look for some good fishing at the end of docks.
