French Apple Pie

Either make (with flour and butter) a fresh flaky crust or use a store-bought one.
Use a fork to poke holes in the bottom.

Fill crust with 4 medium Granny Smith apples cut in crescent slices that have been tossed in:
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 cup of sugar
Pinch of salt

Crumb Topping:
Stick of butter
1/ 2 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of flour
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of cinnamom
Bake pie at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
