Training Tip 6: Running/Walking with a Group or Partner

Training Tip 6 from Little Rock Marathon Coach Hobbit Singleton:
Again, you're into the longer mileages this week and some of you may have been solitary runners and walkers.
One of the good things about running with a group or walking with a group or a partner is that it's a lot harder to pull the covers back over your head when you know somebody's out there waiting for you.
If you don't have anybody to run with, the Little Rock Marathon has a Little Rock Marathon training group that meets in several different locations around the state.
