Arkansas Rice Bread Recipe

2 cups ground rice meal
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
Pre heat over to 350 degrees.
Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Beat the eggs and buttermilk in another mixing bowl.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together and allow the mixture to soak for 5 - 10 minutes.
Bake in a greased pan at 350 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
