Hearty Garden Vinaigrette Recipe

cucumber small diced 1/2 c
bermuda onion small diced 1/4 c
tomato concasse 1/2 c
green bell pepper 1/4 c
cut corn 1/4 c
tarragon vinegar 1/2 c
dijon 1/2 tlsp
honey 1/4 cup
lemon juice 1/8 c
walnut oil 1/2 c
Method:
combine all vegetables & fresh herbs in mixing bowl set aside in separate mixing bowl add dijon,honey ,lemon juice,& vinegar whisk thoroughly while whisking slowly add oil at a slow stream until blended well pour over vegetables and let refrigerate for 1 hour before serving
