An unusual set of Marilyn Monroe memorabilia fetched a big price at auction over the weekend.
Three of the movie star's chest X-rays were sold for 45-thousand dollars by Julien's Auctions at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
The X-rays were taken when Monroe was admitted to Cedars of Lebanon Hospital in Los Angeles in 1954 for a painful womb condition called endometriosis.
They show Monroe with her hands on her hips, with the outline of her bust visible.
