Cigarette Rousses

2 cups powdered sugar
1 ¼ cups all purpose flour
½ cups plus 2 ½ tablespoons melted butter
6 each egg whites
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Stir sugar and flour in a bowl. Add butter, egg whites, cream and vanilla. Mix at low speed until combined. Cover dough and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet. Place stencil and spread batter in a thin even layer. Repeat to create as many cookies to fill the pan. Bake until just brown around the edges. 3-4 minutes. Remove metal spatula and roll as soon as you pull from oven. Let cool and cookies will take the shape you have rolled.
