By: KARK 4 News
Updated: September 25, 2009
The Arkansas Lottery is in the final stretch as the clock ticks down to less than three days before scratch-off tickets go on sale.

Midnight Monday is the moment Arkansans are waiting for, and state lottery officials are busy putting the final pieces into place.

That includes a new website (click here) for the lottery complete with a promotional video that bears the tagline "A Natural State of Fun" and a special section that encourages everyone to play responsibly.

After scratch-off ticket sales begin on September 28th, the next step will be Powerball tickets, which go on sale on October 31st. After that, state draw games are set to start on December 14th.
