LR Marathon Training Meeting Tonight In Little Rock

Tonight Little Rock Parks and Recreation is hosting informational meeting to discuss its free running/walking training programs associated with the Little Rock Marathon. The topic of tonight's meeting will be nutrition for endurance athletes. The meeting will be at 6pm at the Adult Leisure Center, 6041 W 12th Street in Little Rock.

The 8th running of the Little Rock Marathon will take place March 7, 2010. To prepare prospective athletes across the country, the Little Rock Marathon and Little Rock Parks & Recreation offer free training programs. The Little Rock Marathon is one of the few marathons in the country to offer a free training program.
