I Race In Honor Of My Granny

I am going to race for the 1st time in 2009 in honor of my Granny. She was diagnosed with breast cancer years ago and had to have a mastectomy. Then later on in her life she thought it had come back but didn't ever find out for sure because she got diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and she passed away from that on June 18,2009. She was the strongest person I know. She never complained when she was going through chemo or radiation with the breast cancer. She was so sick but never complained. I miss her so much and know she will be watching me on race day and will be very proud. Thank you so much.
