Almost three dozen applications have been filed for the job of executive director of the Arkansas Lottery.

The Arkansas Lottery Commission will meet on Monday to begin reviewing the applications, and has said it expects to have a director in place by the end of June.

Although the nine-member commission has said it would consider nominations from members of the panel, no candidates of that type are in the running as yet.
