Salvia is a relatively new drug that is often called the new LSD among teens. It might surprise most parents to learn that Salvia is legal in most states and is easily accessible to teenagers. Salvia is an herb that is packaged as incense and is often smoked, chewed, or even boiled for drinking. The high only lasts a few minutes but is very powerful. Salvia becomes even more potent and dangerous when mixed with marijuana, prescription drugs, alcohol, and other drugs.
