Greek Chicken
4-6 boneless chicken breasts
6 ounces feta cheese crumbled
1 lemon
1 can diced tomatoes
1 jar kalamata olives, halved
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large sauté pan place 1 tablespoon olive oil. Pound chicken breast lightly and
Place into pan. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes and flip.
Next add the lemon, tomatoes, and olives. Cook until chicken is done. Remove and plate chicken with tomatoes and olives on top. Finish with Feta Cheese on top and serve.
