1 pound diced chicken breast
3 stalks diced celery
½ oz package fresh basil chopped
4 each diced cooked eggs
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ cup mayonnaise or more depending on how you like your salad
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl mix all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
If you like wetter salads add more mayo and Dijon.
