Grilled Chocolate Sweetheart

6 ounces melted chocolate chips
6 slices white bread
3 tablespoons butter melted
Powdered sugar
1 cup fresh raspberries
Place chocolate chips between 2 slices of bread. Brush both sides of sandwich with melted butter. Cook in a hot nonstick skillet over medium high heat 30-60 seconds on each side or until chocolate is melted and bread is golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar. Garnish with raspberries.
Cut bread into heart or other desired shape before filling with chocolate and cooking.
