The Vatican is going the YouTube route.

A Vatican source says there will soon be a channel on the video-sharing site where the Catholic faithful will be able to see Pope Benedict the 16th or Church events.

The enterprise involves Google, the Vatican Television Center and Vatican Radio. The Vatican opened its website in 1995.
