Stuffed Rolls

Filling
¼ cup chopped onion
½ pound ground beef
Cooking spray
2 cups finely shredded cabbage
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ cup mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Premade Dough or Make your own from below
 
¼ cup sugar
1 package dry yeast
½ cup warm water
½ cup milk
¼ cup vegetable oil
Dash of salt
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
4 cups all purpose flour
 
To prepare filling, cook the onion and ground beef in a large pan until browned.  Add cabbage and cook until the cabbage is wilted.  Stir in salt and pepper.  Chill and add cheese.  Set aside.
 
Next make bread with recipe above or use premade bread dough.  Take roll balls and flatten out.  Place a small amount of filling into center and fold into balls.
Place on sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve when ready.
