Chorizo Wraps
1 pound fresh or frozen chorizo sausage sliced
1 each green peppers sliced
1 each onion sliced
1 tomato sliced and julienned
1 cup fresh grated Monterey jack cheese
1 package fresh flour tortillas
In a hot sauté pan place sausage and cook until almost done.
Next add the peppers and onions. Cook until andante. Add tomatoes and remove from heat.
Warm tortillas. Place sausage mixture on tortilla and top with cheese. Serve immediately.
