By: Administrator
Updated: May 12, 2010
3 cups Reese's Peanut Butter chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup finely chopped pecans

In a medium-sized saucepan, melt peanut butter chips mixed with condensed milk over very low heat. Add dash of salt. Stir/fold ingredients with a wooden spoon frequently (to avoid scorching) until all melted. Turn off heat and add vanilla extract and chopped pecans. Stir/fold with spoon until extract and nuts are distributed evenly. Pour mixture into a 9"x9" baking dish or pie plate that has been covered with waxed paper. Pat down mixture with spoon. Chill two hours in refrigerator. Remove wax paper and cut into bite-size pieces on cutting board. Enjoy!
