6:06 p.m. - Halloween at UAMS

It's not just the kids who are getting into the Halloween spirit today. Some workers at UAMS were definitely there but they took a bit further with a New York theme. With that theme which won best overall, they had a homeless person and of course in the Big Apple it's on almost every corner, a hotdog stand. But the individual winner is, Miss Diagnosis.
