Driving & Vision
You should not get behind the wheel of a car if you are tired, have not slept in 15 hours, or during times that you are normally asleep or winding down. If you are driving and get sleepy pull over and take a nap, exercise or drink something with caffeine. Turning up music and rolling down your window are not good methods to stay awake.
