Yeast Rolls

2 packages dry yeast
2 cups lukewarm water
2 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup granulated sugar
6 cups all purpose flour
 
Dissolve the yeast in the water.  Beat the eggs in a large bowl, add the oil and sugar, and mix well.  Add the flour and mix in the yeast.  Stir well.  Cover and store in the refrigerator till ready to use.
 
When ready to use, preheat oven to 425 degrees and grease a baking pan.  Roll out the dough and cut to desired size.  Put the rolls in the greased pan.  Let rolls rise until doubled in size.  Bake for 15 minutes.
