7:30 a.m. - Country Music Star Headed to Jail

 Country music star Mindy McCready is scheduled to start serving a jail sentence on Tuesday.

The singer reports to authorities in Franklin, Tennessee to begin a 60-day sentence for violating her probation on a 2004 drug charge.
